Spencer is Home to One of the Nation’s Largest Clay County Fairs
Spencer is located in the northwestern section of Iowa, and was incorporated in 1880. It is home to over 11,000 residents. Spencer has a booming culture and arts in the area. In addition to the arts in the area Spencer is home to one of the nations’ largest county fairs called the county fair When you think of Spencer, you won’t be thinking of a boring agricultural town, but a vibrant city that is alive with entertainment and opportunity.
